These terms apply to your use of everlineautomotive.com and to services performed by Everline Automotive at 20 Caesar Ave, Ottawa, Ontario.

Website Use

Content on this site is for general information. Prices shown are starting prices for typical vehicles and are confirmed in a written estimate before work. We may change the site and these terms at any time.

Online Booking

Booking is provided through Apex Auto App. A booking is a request until we confirm it. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule so another customer can use the time.

Estimates and Authorisation

Under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, we provide a written estimate and perform no work without your authorisation. The final invoice will not exceed the estimate by more than 10 percent unless you approve the additional work.

Payment

Payment is due when the vehicle is picked up. We accept [cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard]. Vehicles may be held until the invoice is paid, as permitted by the Repair and Storage Liens Act.

Warranty

Parts and labour are warranted for [WARRANTY TERM] from the invoice date, for the original purchaser, against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover wear items used as intended, damage from accident, neglect, racing or modification, or parts supplied by the customer. Manufacturer warranties on parts may extend further.

Vehicle Storage

Vehicles left more than [N] days after completion without arrangement may incur storage fees of $[PRICE] per day.

Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable care of your vehicle while it is in our custody. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle or for pre-existing conditions not related to the work performed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
